BEACH POTLUCK BBQ PROTOCOL
SYC provides complimentary wine, soft drinks, BBQ grills and tables. Please bring portable tables for backup.
Members and their guests bring their own entrée and condiments. Plates, utensils and napkins provided by Yacht Club. Please bring your own tablecloth. No glass vessels please – Beach Club rules.
Members are also asked to bring a Potluck Side Dish to be placed on the community buffet table. This dish may be an appetizer, salad, vegetable, casserole or a dessert. Whatever you bring, it should be sufficient to share with three times the number of people in your party and it MUST be placed on the community buffet table. If your guests are teen aged kids, keep in mind that extra food may be required on the community table.
Barbeques limited to members and two guests free of charge. Additional guests are $10.00 each to cover wine expenses.
For health and safety reasons, pets are discouraged.
